The pork stomach is a viscera housed in the abdominal cavity of the animal.
In our slaughterhouse, it is separated from the oesophagus and small intestine, the excess surface fat and stomach contents are removed and it is washed.
Once the cleaning process is completed, it is scalded, frozen and presented in food-grade plastic bags.
It is recommended to keep frozen at a temperature of -18°C.
