The bladder is an empty, membranous muscle organ in the shape of a sphere. This casing gives the sausages their flavour, aroma and typical cylindrical shape. Its generous size means that it matures slowly, lasts longer than sausages in thinner casings and has special organoleptic characteristics. It allows both cooked and fresh products to be stuffed, such as: soplo de huevo, soplo negro and soplo blanco.

All our casings are natural and of 100% Spanish origin and top quality. We obtain the pork casings from our own production, suitable for both the national and international markets.

The degreasing, cleaning and salting process is carried out in our approved slaughterhouses. And calibration and packaging in our calibration centre.
