The pork’s uterus is formed by the body of the uterus (4-5 cm) where it bifurcates into two uterine ducts, the length of the ducts varying according to the size and breed of each animal.
The uterus directly from our slaughterhouse is frozen and packed in plastic bags.
It is recommended to keep frozen at a temperature of -18°C.
