The large intestine is 4.5 to 5 m long and forms part of the pig’s digestive tract.
The length is shorter than the small intestine and the diameter is larger than the small intestine.
The large intestine comes from our slaughterhouse after slaughter. The intestinal contents are emptied and cleaned.
Once the cleaning process is completed, it is frozen and presented in food-grade plastic bags.
It is recommended to be kept frozen at a temperature of -18 °C.
